The shipment of the products is normally done by SDA express courier, the products are adequately packaged and protected and not covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during the transport of the order.
Starting from the date of retrieval of the goods, following verification of payment by credit card or Paypal, deliveries in Italy will be made within 5 working days. Delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding, therefore in any case of force majeure or fortuitous Biscotti Bizantini will not be held responsible for delayed delivery.
The company will send at the time of shipment and once it has received the number from the courier, an email with the tracking number of the shipment. In the event that the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the Customer can arrange the return directly with SDA.
