The shipment of the products normally takes place via SDA express courier, the products are adequately packaged and protected and not covered by an insurance policy that protects the Customer in the event of breakage or loss during transport of the order.
Starting from the date of procurement of the goods, following verification of payment by credit card or PayPal, deliveries in Italy will be made within 5 working days. Delivery times are to be considered indicative and non-binding so in any case of force majeure or fortuitous Biscotti Bizantini will not be held responsible for late delivery.
At the time of shipment and once the number has been received from the courier, the company will send an email with the shipment tracking number. In the event that the first delivery attempt is not successful, the Customer can organize redelivery directly with SDA.
Delivery by the Courier is carried out on weekdays and during normal working hours, therefore it is necessary to indicate an address where there is someone who can receive the shipment, an approximate delivery time and a telephone number to allow our Customer Service to contact the buyer.
