A family story
In the early 1970s, a Latin professor retired to his small library, just a stone's throw from the sea. It was here that he stumbled upon, in an old book of Jewish cuisine, the recipe from which the magic of these cookies was born. For nearly 50 years, his wife Franca delighted their children, grandchildren, and friends with the delicate scent of these freshly baked cookies. Simple yet special, these "sweet morsels" encapsulate the research of a professor, the affection of a grandmother, and the connection to Romagna and its products.
