Use of 100% Emilia Romagna flours
The flour used in our products originates in Emilia Romagna and is processed in a mill that is actively committed to protecting the environment around us.
We favor growers who use traditional techniques that respect the land to promote its fertility.
Organic certification
Starting from July 2024 we have obtained organic certification through the certification body CCPB srl. A small step towards an increasingly sustainable project.
Mosaics of sustainability
What we are working on:
- Migration to 100% paper packaging.
- Reduction in the use of plastic until reaching zero consumption.
- Investments in regenerative agriculture projects to calculate the sustainability of our product and emissions.
